He started as software specialist with Patni Computers and graduated to Oracle EBS Consultant at Answerthink Consulting Group in USA. Here he carved his niche into Oracle HRMS by implementing the ERP at GE, Fairfield, CT and Dallas Market Centre (TX). At KPIT-Cummins, as an associate Vice-President, this six-sigma green belt holder championed various areas of delivery management, Microsoft Practice, Quality Management, People Management, Operational Efficiency, P&L Management and Strategic Planning & Leadership. He was also a CMMi Level 5 assessor for KPIT Cummins in 2006.
As an “Emerging Verticals Head” at KPIT-Cummins, Vishwas managed an entire vertical of handling projects in different geographies and diverse domains. Besides, he also initiated a strategic engagement with one of the largest group in the UK for their ERP implementation involving technologies like Siebel CRM, Oracle Apps, OBIEE, SOA, etc.

Arun has more than two decades of experience in Information Technology including several years of extensive international business experience. Previously Arun was heading India IT Operations (Applications) for NVidia. He brings with him many years of experience in application development/deployment, process development, Portfolio Program management, IT Application Operations, Database Management and implementing & on-going maintenance of large enterprise systems. Prior to NVidia he was responsible for managing delivery of large international accounts at Ruksun Software Technologies and he has also consulted on variety of projects for Global telecom, High Tech and FMCG industries while working with IT Companies like Atos Origin and Patni.

Involved in implementation of Risk Management Modules for EGRC for various segments with the current key focus being Airports. Active involvement in all stages of Sales Cycle: Lead Generation, Pre-sales Initiatives, Prospecting, Negotiations and Developing Key Account Management Strategies. Strong expertise in the CRM space with current focus on MS Dynamics.
An entrepreneur by heart and background, Varun Deshmukh quit his job with India’s largest IT services company to start off on his own in 2012. An experienced leader with expertise in enterprise software, Varun has literally leaped paces at a young age. A post graduate gold medalist from the Pune University, he has always challenged himself to do beyond his best and has been able to achieve excellent insight into several business verticals.
His experience ranges from managing his family FMCG business to retail to IT. But, home is where the heart is, and Varun has been able to carve out a niche and work across lengths and breadths of the IT industry.
